Anja Chocolates (pronounced an-ya) was founded in 2015 with the mission to share a little joy and love with the world through delicious, engaging chocolate experiences. Our recipe for success? We specialize in handmade small batch chocolates, with European techniques, culinary creativity, natural, and fresh ingredients to create our unique, customizable treats.

The Chocolatier

What started as a hobby many years ago led Neeta Shah, the chocolatier behind Anja Chocolates, to pursue her passion for chocolate making. She trained at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Montreal, and is based in central New Jersey.
